Pet Policy

Perryman Station is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $25 per pet per month. A  $350 one-time fee is also required for each pet. There is a 30 lb weight limit for pets. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita.
